Hyperborean Meadery
Hyperborean Meadery, est. 2026. We see mead like a canvas to be painted with flavor. Flowers, fruits, and spices all make up our palette, bringing you new and beautiful landscapes of flavor. We use only the finest honey in Colorado. This honey is of course from Bee Squared Apiaries. Their honey is collected from hives placed in areas where pesticides and herbicides are not used, ensuring the quality of our ingredients can translate into the quality of our meads.
