Cloud City Modern Mead, est. 2021. We specialize on packing big flavor into relatively lower alcohol meads. Balance is our number one goal, and whether it’s a dry and sparkling session strength (4.5%-8% abv) or traditional wine strength, sweet, and still (not carbonated) with additional spices, you’ll find balance across the board. We like to showcase fresh fruit and innovative flavor combinations to create something no one has had before.
