Aesir Meadery, est. 2012. Based in Everett, Washington, Æsir Meadery produces small-batch, Norse-inspired "Modern Meads" specializing in fruit-infused melomels, botanical metheglins, and traditional varietals using local honey.

Mead flavored with chili peppers.

Sources honey within a very tight radius of where the mead is produced and consumed.

Fireweed

Light, silky, tea-like floral sweetness, very clean finish
