The broad category for mead fermented with fruit.

Terroir-Driven

Focuses on regionality and expression of place; using only honey, water, and adjuncts sourced from a specific geographic radius. Emphasizes single-region honey sourcing, minimal blending across regions, restraint in adjuncts that override origin, and emphasis on floral and environmental expression.

Traditional Mead

Honey, water, and yeast only. No added flavors.

Clover

Light, clean, sweet, vanilla-like softness, extremely neutral base honey

Manuka

Strong medicinal, earthy, slightly bitter herbal depth

Honeydew

A non-floral honey, produced when bees collect sap secreted from trees as a result of insects (ie. aphids). Known as forest honey, it has a distinct, less-sweet earthy flavor with woody, malty, or molasses-like notes.
