Apimed meads are a treasure hiding the gifts of the sun, the scent of meadows, the freshness of forests, the work of hardworking bees and the craftsmanship of passionate people.

Berry Mead

A Melomel specifically using soft berries (raspberry, blackberry, etc.).

Rhodomel

Mead fermented with rose petals or rose hips.

Barrel-Aged Mead

Mead that is matured in wooden barrels (oak or similar) for flavor extraction and structural development.

Black Raspberry

Wildflower

Variable floral complexity, unpredictable balance of herbal, fruity, and earthy notes depending on season and region

Honeydew

A non-floral honey, produced when bees collect sap secreted from trees as a result of insects (ie. aphids). Known as forest honey, it has a distinct, less-sweet earthy flavor with woody, malty, or molasses-like notes.

Cooling mint-citrus floral aroma, herbal tea-like finish, aromatic and slightly medicinal

Very light, delicate floral sweetness, subtle vanilla notes, clean finish, slow crystallization
