Brewlihan

Brewlihan, est. 2022. A hobby evolved into a passion, resulting in a life-changing trajectory. After 12 years in education, I (John) submitted a letter of resignation and told my supervisor that I was chasing a dream. After teaching in the classroom and working as a district Science Specialist, I landed in the Vice Principal’s office (for good reasons I assure you). Needless to say, educators hold a special place in my heart (buy them alcohol, they need it!) Stacey is my wonderful wife. She was born in Trinidad and is a data engineer by day. You’ll find her in the tasting room and working behind the scenes to help craft an incredible experience for our guests. I’ve been brewing beer, cider and mead for over ten years as a hobby. It slowly grew into an obsession that took over our garage and a spare bedroom. Sharing these liquid experiments with craft industry members and craft enthusiasts helped to provide us feedback that shaped production.

Traditional Mead

Honey, water, and yeast only. No added flavors.

Hydromel (Session Mead)

Mead with low alcohol content, typically designed for easy drinking and higher refreshment profile.
